Auto-Scrape Product Info

Instantly pull title, description, and image from any product URL

When you add an item to a gear list, you just paste the product URL. MakerManifest automatically fetches the product page and extracts the title, description, price, and available images — saving you from typing everything out manually.

After fetching, you can review the scraped data and choose the best image from those MakerManifest found. If the title isn't quite right, you can edit it before saving. The original URL is always preserved so your affiliate rules can be applied correctly at redirect time.

Auto-scraping works with the vast majority of product pages. Some sites with aggressive bot protection (such as certain home improvement retailers) may block the scraper — in those cases you can upload your own image and type the product name manually. The link itself will still work correctly for visitors.

The 'Fetch All Images' button in the gear list editor lets you re-scrape every item in a list at once, useful for refreshing images across an older list.
