Broken Link Alerts

Find out when a product link breaks or stops selling

Available on:Premium

Every product link on MakerManifest is checked once a night. When a product page stops loading on two nightly checks in a row, the item is marked in your gear list editor and you get a message listing what broke.

The check looks for pages that are gone, such as a deleted listing or a dead store. Amazon links are checked weekly, and there the check also flags products that can no longer be bought: listings marked Currently unavailable, and listings with no featured offer that only show See All Buying Options. A problem found on Amazon is rechecked the next night before the item is flagged. Other stores are not checked for stock.
